Working with some of the features within AutoDS can be alittle tricky to get setup correctly.   But support can help you out.

I immediately canceled my account to avoid more charges, and now I can’t even log in to discuss the issue with them.

However, after importing just 65 products, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my subscription limit due to product variants. Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed that my plan only allows up to 400 product variants, not 400 individual products.

For sellers making business decisions based on these details, such unclear phrasing creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. Because of this, I’m considering using the same service I currently use for my other eBay stores, despite the downside of manual ordering.

AutoDS compensated me for unrelated issues over a year ago and once before that, but recent efforts to get proper resolution or compensation for ongoing issues have been met with refusal.

For example, a t-shirt with five colors and five sizes is counted as 25 individual variants instead of a single product.
