I continue to see the full creative potential in my music production thanks to the great features in Cubase,  where it has helped me carry out my music production on a more professional level.

The thing I like most about this software is the workflow when it comes to tracking. I feel that the user interface is perfect for that matter in fact.

I have used Cubase for many many years since the late 90s probably. It is easy to use, sounds great right out of the box, and is set up to inspire creativity.

Cubase is, compared to other music production software, one of the easiest to use and have a medium price. Easy to set with your instruments and good for live producing with your instruments.

The drum machine is clunky, and the endless array of options can get you lost in menus.

There are too many features that I do not need and these pollutes the menus and interface in general.

Cubase is the best software to use terms of audio additing and recording.

Cubase's GUI windows seem to have trouble taking on the modern paradigm of fullscreen apps, and windows and viewing parameters often reset themselves. The GUI coding feels old.

But for me, someone who makes simple music, it's really important that the software environment is straightforward and understandable.

By using cubase as a freelance artist, I was able to produce my music myself and save time and money.

Really hard to understand and setup audio busses and the program really doesn’t remember your choices.

Overall, i would never buy any software but Cubase. It integrates with all of the major 3rd party plugins and gives a wide variety of options to best record and produce your music.

I like the general layout and integration with MainStage, and ease of use with 3rd party VSTs. Logic is affordable and is a great 1st DAW to learn on, and is many people’s DAW of choice.

Ease of editing, looping, etc, the audio quality is excellent and the built in sounds are many and solid.

The Match EQ plugin is very useful for matching sounds (vocal takes, mixes), the Drummer instrument is stunning, and the unique editing features are well-suited to certain projects.

I really appreciate how Logic can import your Garageband files - If you've been working in Garageband and are looking to upgrade, this is the best option for being able to work with those files.

I use it everyday to make my music its easy to use and learn if you dont know how it works. There good sounds/ instruments and lots on controls to do effects.

However, Logic is (rightly) notorious for being counterintuitive at times.

The only downside I've experienced with Logic Pro is that it uses a large amount of RAM and slows down other programs on my computer.

Also, the integration between the Mac app and the remote app (for iPad) it's perfect.
