ePay has been a solid solution to managing payments from insureds to our office; with the challenges in the CA insurance markets and more customers having to use non-admitted, agency bill policies, ePay has helped make all the extra work a little easier.

I'd like to suggest a feature to create/download invoice for Offline-paid invoices (if the amount is over the deposit limit).   Though the system does allow an invoice shown as paid offline, there's no receipt available to send over to the insured.

I plan on keeping it and the monthly fee of $25 is really cheap, especially since they do notify me of the daily trasactions/receipts and the deposits to my account.

Additionally, it gives the clients the option to either use a card or an account to process a payment through a secure platform.

I love the fact that they can take credit cards, the money transfers quickly into our account, I feel like our money is safe and secure.

We have ePay set up so that is costs our users up to $10 to make an ACH payment; most customers don't mind, but I hope none of customers think it's a "junk fee".

Sometimes clients are more likely to complete a purchase when the link comes through and they do not have to share account info directly with our agents.

The ePay team doesn't hound you with marketing and upgrades, but sends periodic emails about enhancements and offerings, which is nice.

Some of the company payment limits as you don't know what they are until you make the payment and then it tells you it's more than allowed.

It especially helps with the clients who don't have access to checks to send or it gets lost in the mail.

I also really like being able to see the step by step progress of each transaction it makes the process feel transparent and secure

Being able to pay insurance companies on the due date, instead of guessing when the mail might arrive is also a bonus.

Adding ePay has made it easier to close more deals. Before I would have to turn away customers because I couldn't accept card payments.

The one thing I like least is the transactions fees, which can be a sticking point for some clients...not so much with ACH but with the credit card fees.

ePayPolicy has filled the gap with credit card processing for a low monthly fee.

We have cut down significantly on mail, checks to deposit to the bank, and following up on past due payments.

The $10,000 deposit limit per transaction can be a low limit for our Commercial Policies.
