What is HydroSym?
HydroSym is an engineering CAD software designed to help businesses create diagrams of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It provides an inbuilt library of hydraulic components, assembly drawings, and symbols with details about parts’ numbers, descriptions, types, manufacturers, and more.
Engineers can create diagrams using various pre-configured templates in the library or upload business-specific components to reuse across hydraulic designs. Administrators can directly convert prepared hydraulic schematics into bills of materials (BOM) and add a brand logo before sharing with external stakeholders. It also offers data import or export capabilities, allowing users to upload or download files in DXF, DWG or PDF formats.
HydroSym facilitates custom integration with existing enterprise resource planning, product data management, and product lifecycle management applications used by businesses. Engineers can utilize a single interface to connect lines with automatic jumpers and information flows, position items between intersecting lines, and change solenoid properties across diagrams.
