The idea of being able to quickly create videos from simple prompts using your own content is exactly what we were looking for as a small nonprofit

Attorney

I asked the chat support representative(s) that I had been communicating with via chat and email, to simply cancel the account and process a refund because the service never worked in the less than 48-hours I was attempting to use it.

Video generation is heavily restricted by a credit system. While attempting to create a single video, we were prompted to purchase additional credits.

As many of the other lower star reviews stated, the platform never worked properly at the outset. despite the AI agent stating things were going well, the process requires you to keep adding "credits" despite the agent not producing what was wanted and described.

We strongly encourage other organizations—especially nonprofits or small teams with limited budgets—to proceed with caution and fully understand the limitations and costs before committing.

The platform also claims that videos can be created “just like asking a human editor” and that “no editing is needed.”

In short, this platform appears to need a lot more infrastructure work before charging people and being unwilling to refund monies.

What I like the most is maybe because of AI technology, it becomes very easy now to create a video without any video editing skills, and this Invideo app really help me to create any video wether ITS just for fun, or maybe for business purpose.

Within the first couple of hours of using the platform—and during our very first video attempt—it became clear that the product does not deliver on these claims.

I purchased the Max plan specifically to evaluate the platform for professional documentary and analytical content.

Principal

I started with very little knowedge - if any, and by using the edit function withint the InVideo platform I have come to understand the structure of video production which has also helped me with other platforms like Meld Studio and CapCut.

Content Creator

InVideo is an incredibly easy and efficient tool for creating professional‑looking videos in minutes.

Instructor

I made a request to edit and correct the video, and they wanted more credits to fix their mistake, so I was left with an unusable video.

The “no limits” claim is constrained by a costly credit system

Limited suitability for professional documentary production.

The generated output was not usable without extensive editing

Almost a day later, and after my follow-up, I was advised that I could log back in and resume the video.

InVideo also advertises a 7-day money-back guarantee.

I typed in a script for a short 10-second video with subtitles.

Refund denied after same-day testing because credits had been consumed.

I originally signed up for a one-month subscription for a specific project.

I'm not sure if it was Invideo or my internet but something I will watch for.

Even after acknowledging these issues, support denied a same-day refund.

Owner

I appreciate it the fact that it lets you use stock photos that end that it still offers premium services.

Creator

Maybe if I used it more, I had invideo studio and invideo AI.

I think it’s overpriced, and most times it consumes same/more time before you can make a decent video.

News writer

I use AI videos for all of my work on YouTube, Rumble, and TikTok.

The subtitles were inaccurate and illegible.

Managing

If you change the script in editing after the video is done.

I generally drop in my pre-written script and storyboard and it creates the perfect results.

I do like the fact that I can make videos that are much longer than on other platforms.

content creator

over I am excited to use Invideo , I like the quality output , its easy to use and the output time is quick .i am also in love with the fact that you can edit by adding audio to these videos.

The concept and marketing are very appealing.

Invideo ai should allow more generations for less money .

Could be a little cheaper, I do not like the Australian/British accent, but may have to figure out how to change that if possible

This was a costly and disappointing experience for our organization.

So rather than just have a plan that allows for unlimited which they don't, you end up getting stuck with videos that you aren't able to export and download and so you just wasted time that could have put into something else because it doesn't tell you that you can't download your video until you go to do it.

Software Reviewer

I won't use it again I want to use a more advanced one that doesn't cost anything to upgrade or anything like that

On one phone it logged me into the right account on the other into god knows who’s.

Other competitors like video ai express you pay a one time fee .

Don't waste your money on this sub-par company.
