I asked the chat support representative(s) that I had been communicating with via chat and email, to simply cancel the account and process a refund because the service never worked in the less than 48-hours I was attempting to use it.

Video generation is heavily restricted by a credit system. While attempting to create a single video, we were prompted to purchase additional credits.

As many of the other lower star reviews stated, the platform never worked properly at the outset. despite the AI agent stating things were going well, the process requires you to keep adding "credits" despite the agent not producing what was wanted and described.

We strongly encourage other organizations—especially nonprofits or small teams with limited budgets—to proceed with caution and fully understand the limitations and costs before committing.

The platform also claims that videos can be created “just like asking a human editor” and that “no editing is needed.”

In short, this platform appears to need a lot more infrastructure work before charging people and being unwilling to refund monies.

I'm not sure if it was Invideo or my internet but something I will watch for.

Even after acknowledging these issues, support denied a same-day refund.

I appreciate it the fact that it lets you use stock photos that end that it still offers premium services.  

The quality of the videos are always great, and I love that you can give in a detailed prompt or just a simple prompt and it will still give you consistently great work.
