Their cancellation policy is outdated and anti-customer — they told me I can only cancel after another full year in 2026, which is ridiculous. Despite explaining my situation and showing flexibility, their response was dismissive.

As soon as I realized, I emailed them to cancel and requested a partial (50%) refund, but they simply quoted their rigid policy and refused.

I subscribed last year and was disappointed with the limited features and poor website-building options.

That ease of use is probably its strongest selling point. But in your situation, that strength doesn’t mean much when the site isn’t reachable.

We had been offered one free domain that was suspended by nominet and they are not there to support you to resolve the issue. Neither they are replying regarding refund if they cant provide services beware they can be bunch of spams.

They refuse to pay back the prorated portion of time i don't have a site and want me to go through a bunch of extra processes before they'll even fix the account being off.

Asking why was not answered, asking reasonable questions to try to understand was totally ignore and I got back that these type of files were not allowed.

They canceled my website because i thought they auto billed and sent an email saying i could fix it by clicking the link which i did and payed.

Save yourself the frustration — *do not subscribe to Webador*.

They keep encouraging you to upgrade and keep stopping your website so you pay them higher and higher costs for.

My experience re the webador AI web site creation tool was fantastic a great simple way to create a web site.

It can be frustrating since Webador  offers few customization possibilities.

Would also like the opportunity to update a page but not set it live until is ready.

The thing about Webador I like the least, and its a great deal of dislike, borderline hatred, is their pathetic and ultimately non existent customer service. If you are building a website, odds are you need every aspect of it working all the time. When the webmail fails, thats already a massive issue to most businesses.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Webador — Not Recommended*

I find it very enjoyable to use, and I'm pleased with how straightforward it is.

They were good for the price easy to use.

In my opinion, Webador is a waste of money.

I have yet to find a tool that would anchor such migratory items.

I did like Zyro almost as much as Webador, but then it was absorbed by one of the builders I really disliked with intensity.

My only real complaint about Webador has very little to do with the product itself. While I think the webmail provided with your domain could use some upgrading and possibly reworked to make it easier to use, it is a decent email service.

They even sent me a questionnaire asking what i thought of the webador support.

Shared hosting is terrible, website uptime is too poor and often shows 404 bad gateway.

A good thing about 1&1 is, they will give you a free domain for one year with a hosting package.

It's incredibly straightforward and convenient to utilise this tool.

I constantly get emails about web solutions from random companies (that tend to word things the same way, suspiciously) as well as phone calls claiming to be IONOs trying to sell more services.

With IONOS, you get things done faster without much technical knowledge.

The setup process is easy and effective, you can do almost everything without any problem.

IONOS has a history of selling out your information to others, even if you opt in to their private WHOIS.

My experience with Ionos is not friendly, but yes it was helpful for me.
