I used different DAW's for my home piano and keyboard recordings. While using other DAW's and live concert tools, I found that the native Logic PRO VST's were really amazing, mainly the keyboard sounds, so I decided to switch to Logic Pro and I'm really happy with my decision.  

I use it to share sessions with another studio who also uses Logic Pro.

It's elastic audio function can be an issue for me to use, otherwise it's not a big problem.

The other pro is that if you are coming from GarageBand, there is a familiarity with logic that helps you reduce your learning curve with pro music software.

My biggest knock on Logic is it's audio editing capabilities.   While it's of course possible to make edits, I don't find it anywhere near as intuitive as Pro Tools or Cubase.  

Logic helps me keeping ideas on track and do it swiftly.
