Additionally, while the interface is generally user-friendly, certain features (like managing recordings, downloads, or understanding upload status) could be clearer and more transparent. When something goes wrong, troubleshooting isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

I've struggled with some bugs around recording and editing. If a guest joins the recording before the host, it can cause audio issues.

The editing tools are somewhat limited compared to more advanced software, and the pricing can feel high for what’s offered, especially if you need more control in post-production.

I am an editor, and so I typically use davinci or premiere, and the riverside editor is only JUST passable, to the point where I don't want to export and drag it into a real editor. If it were smoother, I'd be much happier.

I no longer worry about guest Wi-Fi glitches ruining a take, as the platform captures everything directly on their device for a crystal-clear, professional finish.

Can't do full screen when I have more than one 'Guest' on the call, which limits my team because we need to see what's in and out of frame.

I'd like if I could make a studio in advance and be able to email that to my guest when we schedule, sometimes that is a month before the interview.
