Additionally, while the interface is generally user-friendly, certain features (like managing recordings, downloads, or understanding upload status) could be clearer and more transparent. When something goes wrong, troubleshooting isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

I am a huge Riverside fan and though some people have tried to move me to other platforms like descript, I remain loyal to Riverside because of the quality of the videos, the customizations, and the customer service.

We use a DSLR camera for our episodes and sometimes the lighting can look a bit too warm, but editing it in Riverside has been very easy.

The user interface is refreshingly straightforward, and the entire process of recording, editing, and uploading feels smooth, efficient, and easy to navigate without confusion or delay whatsoever.

Sometimes when adding in my own audio that I needed to edit, it does make it hard to cut and move things around.

The ability to record locally and generate separate tracks makes a noticeable difference in the final product.

My main point I was to stress is that I was dreading the editing process, but with the text based editing, it is so easy!   And it is very helpful to show the pauses, and I can just click and delete it.

Most importantly editing the timeline can be a bit cumbersome especially when adding photos or images into it.

Being able to use AI to automagically edit my episodes was fantastic, as I'm not experienced in audio.  

The captions, the assistance with the overview, takeaways and sound bites, I love having everything at my fingertips!

Super happy with the ease of the program, the quality of the videos and the fact that I can edit my videos myself without it being a total time suck.
