The video quality and audio integration is seamless. And, the way I can use one recording for both video and audio posting is amazing.

You can buy MP3s and then upload them to Riverside and play them, but the music will not line up with your body movements or mouth if you’re a singer in the recording.

Additionally, while the interface is generally user-friendly, certain features (like managing recordings, downloads, or understanding upload status) could be clearer and more transparent. When something goes wrong, troubleshooting isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

The editing tools are somewhat limited compared to more advanced software, and the pricing can feel high for what’s offered, especially if you need more control in post-production.

Can't do full screen when I have more than one 'Guest' on the call, which limits my team because we need to see what's in and out of frame.

Sometimes when adding in my own audio that I needed to edit, it does make it hard to cut and move things around.

Most importantly editing the timeline can be a bit cumbersome especially when adding photos or images into it.
