When you contact their customer service, you will get a response from a technical support representative who will tell you that they will follow up on your request. If you send a follow-up email, you will get a response from a new technical support representative, who will ask you to explain your issue from the beginning; this new representative will tell you again that he will follow up on the subject.

My experience with Debutify is great, they provide top service and their customer support always does their best to help.
