I can sell my products and services online and provides with all the tools to run my ecommerce, also I like that I can customize everything with my logo and colors to make it feel more personal.

The only negative thing about Squarespace is that it doesn't support multi currencies, and sometimes my clients from outside the state have to use third parties to be able to acquire my services or buy my products.

A workaround we used was to build a permanent 'Programs' page with a calendar embed (with an external service like Google Calendar), but this shouldn’t be something needed for a premium platform.

It has been an incredible platform to build client's websites and create simple tutorials for them to manage their own sites.

The level of CSS you need to know for customization can be an issue for some people, however, there are good online resources to teach you.  

It was very helpful to have templates to design our website; without a specific designer, we were able to launch a full-functioning website within 1 day of starting.

That said, it can feel a bit limited when trying to make more advanced customizations, but for most standard website needs, it works really well.
