Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“It also makes video editing accessible enough that we can establish standard templates, making it much easier to transition ownership of the final assets to our learning partners and support teams.”

MARYANN O.

Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Experience Design

“Overall, Vyond is an intuitive video generation tool that is easily integrated with Articulate 360, making it a great way for L&D professionals to make their training content more exciting.”

Amy H.

Learning and Development Specialist

“It allows us to rapidly design high-quality, standardized L&D content that actually captures our learners' attention.”

MARYANN O.

Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Experience Design

Pros

“Apart from its user-friendly dashboard, which includes all that you need in one or two clicks, Biteable is away from its rivals as it offers unbeatable features, a variety of templates, many scenes and backgrounds that for sure will meet your interests.”

Mohamed C.

Lecturer

“There are some limitations, especially around how the text interacts on the images and how you can customize, but again, at this price point it seems like a small price to pay.”

cathie c.

Associate

“The option to have a single month subscription is perfect for the short term project we needed it for -- but now we want to keep it!”

John K.

Executive Director

Cons

“If I had to choose anything, i do find it a little frustrating to see announcements of new features or enhancements (such as new text-to-speech voices) that would seem to be part of my subscription package and then turn out to only be available at a higher subscription level. But I can understand the need to charge for new features.”

Giovanni C.

Content Developer

“Some of the character animations are difficult to sync up to make it seamless”

Carl H.

L and D consultant

“It can take a long time to hone and perfect a video; some of the voices are less than convincing; editing objects is awkward; there is no capacity to store pronunciations of e.g. company name. ”

Sarah E.

Instructional Designer

Cons

“Hidden non-refundable policy disclosed only after charging my account, which feels deceptive, unethical, and like a deliberate tactic to take money without consent.”

Anhita M.

Student

“This policy was never clearly communicated before taking my money.”

Anhita M.

Student

“Because I did not see the value in paying $828 for another annual subscription, I did not continue.”
