A Chrome extension captures products directly from supplier websites, consolidating each item's name, brand, price, image, supplier link, and spec sheet into a single record. Products are organized by project and room, viewable in grid, table, or canvas layouts, and tracked through a status workflow from saved to installed. Client-facing boards are shared via read-only links that require no account creation, keeping sourcing and presentation within one workspace.

Aalto supports export of FF&E schedules to CSV, Excel, and PDF formats. An optional background removal tool cleans up product images within the platform. AI-assisted features use text embeddings and image description to extract product metadata automatically, with every AI-driven change logged by app, user, and timestamp and reversible on a per-action basis.
