Agent Text is a text-for-info service built specifically for real estate. A small sign rider mounts to the bottom of your yard sign and reads “Text 1234 for pictures and price.” When a buyer texts the code from the curb, they get the listing details on their phone within seconds, and you get the buyer’s name and real mobile number as a lead by text and email. Nothing for the buyer to install, no form to fill in, no fake email addresses.

Every code also carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a pre-filled text message on the buyer’s phone rather than a web form, so one tap sends the text and you still capture a verified mobile number. Buyers can text or scan; both paths produce the same lead, tagged with the exact code they used so you know which listing they were standing in front of.

How it works

Sign up and get your codes. Each plan includes one or more short numeric codes paired with a phone number whose area code matches your market.

Put the rider on a sign. Order printed Rigibond riders from us, or print your own at any local sign shop using the artwork we provide.

A buyer texts or scans. Within seconds they receive price, photos, beds/baths, and a link to a mobile listing page.

You get the lead. The buyer’s number arrives by text and email, lands in your dashboard, and is pushed to your CRM.

Reuse the code. When the listing closes, update the property details and move the rider to the next sign. Codes are yours for as long as your account is active.

Lead delivery and CRM integrations

A one-click Zapier template for Wise Agent, and Zapier connects 8,000+ other apps including BoomTown, kvCORE, Top Producer, Google Sheets, and Slack. Lead emails are formatted to import cleanly through any CRM’s email-in address, which covers LionDesk, Sierra Interactive, Real Geeks, and most others. CSV export is available at any time.

Teams and brokerages

Team plans are priced per code, not per agent. The office manager creates the account, invites agents, and assigns codes. When a buyer texts a code, the lead goes straight to that listing agent and appears in the manager’s rollup dashboard. Reassign codes as listings change hands at no extra cost. For Follow Up Boss teams, leads are assigned to the correct agent automatically.

Property managers and landlords

Put a code on a for-rent sign and capture renter leads after hours and on weekends. The auto-reply can include unit details plus a direct link to your tenant application in TurboTenant, AppFolio, Buildium, RentRedi, Avail, Yardi, Rent Manager, Propertyware, or any system with an application URL.
