AppraisalPilot overview

What is AppraisalPilot?

AppraisalPilot is a cloud-based UAD 3.6 report drafting tool for licensed residential real estate appraisers, designed for solo and independent practitioners submitting reports to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The platform reads inspection photos, voice notes, purchase contracts, engagement letters, and MLS exports, then drafts the factual data points of a UAD 3.6 report before the appraiser opens their form software. Every AI-generated material, feature, and condition call carries a HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW confidence label, and all 34 licensed-judgment data points — including opinion of value, adjustments, comparable weighting, and reconciliation — remain entirely with the appraiser. No local installation is required for the drafting workflow.

AppraisalPilot bundles ten tools in a single flat-rate plan with no per-report fees, no photo metering, and no add-on tiers. ContractPilot parses purchase contracts and engagement letters into structured terms before the site visit. Subject Snapshot drafts approximately a dozen fields from the subject listing sheet for inspection verification. PhotoPilot analyzes every inspection photo and drafts materials, features, and condition calls with confidence labels. FieldVoice captures voice notes during the walkthrough, stores recordings in the workfile, and allows spoken corrections to override photo-based drafts. SitePilot drafts site commentary including surroundings and adverse influences from aerial and proximity analysis. MLS Autofill accepts the appraiser's own MLS export and populates over 200 comp data points as draft cards with front photos matched automatically, covering all 50 states. NarrativePilot and Comments drafts UAD 3.6 narrative sections from file content and includes a comment library written by a licensed appraiser. QC Shield runs a pre-submission consistency check for mismatched condition ratings, undocumented features, and internal contradictions. A built-in sketch tool supports walk-the-walls sketching with Finished Area Above Grade calculation. The Print Report and Workfile tool assembles photos, captions, voice notes, comp galleries, and the sketch exhibit into a single downloadable packet exportable at any time.

AppraisalPilot is compatible alongside TOTAL, SFREP, ClickForms, and ACI. Direct export to TOTAL via the TOTAL Store launches October 15, 2026, and export to Appraise-It Pro launches September 30, 2026. Client data is encrypted, never sold, never shared with lenders or AMCs, and never used to train third-party models.
