What is AUS Brokers?
AUS Brokers is an online business appraisal tool for Australian small and medium business owners who are getting ready to sell. Upload your latest profit & loss, and add the lease, staff roster or earlier years' accounts if you have them. AUS Brokers normalises the figures to maintainable earnings with every add-back explained, and applies an industry sale multiple range for your business type and size. It then checks the result against comparable businesses currently listed for sale in your state. You get a Vendor Appraisal Report with an indicative price range, and can add a Buyer Business Profile and a draft listing ad to give to buyers. Pay once per appraisal, no subscription. AUS Brokers provides indicative appraisals only, not valuations. It isn't a business broker, and it isn't an insurance or finance broker.
