A tradesperson spends the day on job sites. With their hands in a boiler or under a sink, they can't pick up, and a customer who reaches voicemail calls the next one.

AUTILIA is an AI phone receptionist built for this trade. When the tradesperson doesn't answer, Autilia picks up instead, day and night. She listens to the customer, notes the problem, reads the address and name back with them, then sorts the request by priority. She offers a time slot and books the appointment in the tradesperson's calendar, Google or Outlook. The customer receives a text summarising what she noted, with a link to correct it. An emergency during working hours? She puts the call through to the tradesperson.

The tradesperson keeps their usual number: call forwarding is all it takes. They find every call recorded, transcribed and classified, and are notified in real time.

Monthly plans from €49 to €649 excl. VAT, no commission on jobs and no commitment:

- Solo, €49 per month excl. VAT: 100 minutes, for a low call volume.

- Essentiel, €89 per month excl. VAT: 300 minutes, for the sole tradesperson.

- Premium, €129 per month excl. VAT: 500 minutes, for a team of up to three more people.

Quotes pre-filled from the call, invoices, deposits, expenses and accounting export are an add-on at €20 excl. VAT per month on every plan.
