Beetbox overview

What is Beetbox?

Beetbox is a cloud-based supplier ordering tool built for professional kitchens and food service operations. It takes a single consolidated product list and automatically splits it by supplier, emailing each supplier only their relevant order lines — no new accounts, apps, or logins required on the supplier side. Designed for restaurants and hospitality operators across the UK, Beetbox is priced per site at a flat monthly rate and supports both single-site and multi-site operations. The tablet-optimised interface suits kitchen pass environments, and a companion browser extension for Chrome and Edge automates basket-filling on supported supplier websites including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Brakes, and SwiftCloud.

Beetbox centralises the full ordering workflow on one screen. Per-supplier configuration covers delivery days, cut-off times, notice periods, and minimum order thresholds, with warnings triggered before any rule is breached and tablet alerts issued 30 minutes before a cut-off. Staff roles with separate sign-ins and tiered permission levels (send, build, or check only) allow teams to collaborate without exposing send authority to all users. An optional approval gate holds drafts for manual review before dispatch. Order templates, standing orders on weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules, and a full order history with reorder capability reduce repetitive setup work. Spreadsheet import and export cover suppliers, sections, and products; PDF export is available per order.

Beyond ordering, Beetbox integrates daily checks, label management, and allergen information into the same interface. Products can be grouped by kitchen area using sections and colour filters, with favourites and frequently-ordered pins surfacing regular lines at the top of the list. Managed tablet mode uses PIN sign-in with user-locking between sessions, and every order records the staff member who built and sent it, maintaining a clear audit trail across the operation.
