BladePipe overview

What is BladePipe?

BladePipe is a real-time data integration and Change Data Capture (CDC) pipeline platform designed for data engineering teams at startups, growth-stage companies, and large enterprises. It covers the full data movement lifecycle: schema migration, full data migration, incremental sync via CDC, data verification and correction, and monitoring and alerting. With sub-3-second to sub-10-second CDC latency across 60+ self-built and actively maintained connectors, BladePipe supports relational databases, real-time warehouses, message queues, search engines, caches, data lakes, and vector databases. A visualized, no-code and low-code pipeline builder manages all pipeline stages through a single interface, eliminating the need for multiple discrete tools.

Deployment options include cloud SaaS (managed and BYOC), on-premises self-hosting via Docker, Kubernetes, or binary installation, and a free Community edition. Enterprise configurations add multitenancy, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logging. Built-in data transformation capabilities include filtering, masking, column pruning, metadata mapping, and custom Java code uploads. Bidirectional sync and DDL synchronization across heterogeneous database dialects are supported natively. Prometheus and Grafana integration, real-time latency tracking, health indicators, and alert notifications via email and webhook provide operational observability. High-availability and distributed deployment modes are available for production-grade reliability.

BladePipe also supports AI and RAG pipeline construction. It ingests unstructured data from multiple sources and formats, automatically chunks and cleans text, vectorizes content, and enriches metadata using LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Qwen, and Cohere. Vector database targets include PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and StarRocks. An OpenAI-compatible RAG API service combines vector retrieval with LLM reasoning for downstream applications such as internal chatbots, AI-powered customer support, intelligent semantic search, and dataset preparation for model training and fine-tuning. Connectors are available for OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, DeepSeek, Bedrock, Ollama, and a RagApi endpoint.
