What is BookProofs Designer?
BookProofs Designer is a desktop album design application for professional photographers on macOS and Windows. It turns a wedding or portrait gallery into a print-ready album: FlashDesign auto-layout places a spread or a whole album in one drop, 2,450+ templates switch with image count, and a drag-and-drop template editor lets you build and save your own layouts. Images go to Photoshop or Lightroom non-destructively and come back through a watched Return Folder, and live DPI checks and pre-export reports catch problems before files go to the lab.
Export specs for 65+ album labs are built in, so files come out at the correct size and bleed, ready to upload to your lab. BookProofs Designer is a one-time $249 purchase with lifetime updates, covers up to 3 of your own computers, and has a free demo that is the full design app (only exporting requires a purchase). Client proofing is available as a separate, optional product.
