ChatFlow connects directly to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, so there is no message markup and no third-party reseller sitting between you and WhatsApp. Teams manage every customer conversation from one shared inbox, with contacts, appointments, and full conversation history kept in a single CRM.
The built-in AI Agent handles inbound conversations directly: it answers frequently asked questions from a knowledge base you configure, qualifies leads by asking clarifying questions, and books, reschedules, or cancels appointments in real time by checking live calendar availability - even outside business hours. The AI Agent runs alongside rule-based automations (keyword triggers, greeting messages, no-reply follow-ups), so simple flows do not need AI at all, and every reply stays aware of the full conversation history and contact record.
Beyond one-to-one messaging, ChatFlow supports bulk broadcast campaigns using Meta-approved message templates (marketing, utility, and authentication categories), audience segmentation for targeted outreach, and automated trigger-based workflows such as abandoned-cart or no-reply follow-ups. Built-in analytics track message delivery and read rates, response times, and campaign performance.
