Calibre System 03 gives AI leaders, compliance teams and reviewers a shared record of how people report using AI. Employees describe their use in a phone-friendly intake. Reviewers inspect the source facts, unanswered questions and preliminary readings, then record a human decision. Leaders see an aggregate board with small-team protection.
Check cases against twelve built-in rulebooks or build questions from your own policy, with human clause review. Keep evidence and unresolved information visible. JSON export and a scoped Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface let authorised tools work with the record.
Calibre is proprietary software deployed in your AWS account. You control administrators, records, retention, backups and infrastructure. The deterministic rulebook reader needs no external inference. Optional Ask and drafting use your own Anthropic or OpenCode API key; provider charges and processing terms are separate.
One payment buys a twelve-month software licence: Pilot EUR 2,500 for 250 installation-wide invitation links, Department EUR 6,000 for 1,000, or Company EUR 15,000 for 5,000. Prices exclude VAT. Andes arranges software and licence delivery after payment, and the term starts on delivery. Installation and management are separately scoped.
