ChiroStride is a cloud-based animal chiropractic EMR and practice-management platform for equine, canine, and other animal patients. It is an installable progressive web app for phones, tablets, and computers and is built with practicing animal chiropractors around mobile and clinic workflows.

A five-step, tap-first SOAP wizard supports history, examination, treatment, and plan documentation. Optional online voice transcription and AI-assisted drafting can reduce typing; practitioners remain responsible for reviewing and signing notes. Species-aware patient records, spine assessments, a 3D anatomy viewer, photos, documents, autosaved drafts, and protected signed notes keep field documentation organized. Signed notes are timestamped and protected from routine edits through a controlled unlock workflow.

Practice tools include scheduling, day prep, digital intake and consent, veterinary authorization tracking, invoicing, owner communications, reports, and delivery status for supported email and SMS. Core supported offline capture helps retain work through unreliable connectivity and sync after reconnecting, but connected features still require internet access.

Optional integrations include Stripe Connect for hosted payment links and direct practitioner payouts and QuickBooks Online for eligible invoice and payment sync. These services require account connection and configuration. Access is scoped through practitioner authentication and signed public links; transport uses HTTPS.
