What is CITADEL-X CRM?
Most real estate agents juggle a CRM, a texting app, an email tool, a website builder and a scheduling link, each with its own bill and its own login. CITADEL-X puts all of it in one place. It was built by a working REALTOR® for agents, teams and brokerages.
Leads from forms, calls, texts and web chat land in one inbox and become contacts with their consent recorded. Buyer and seller pipelines show every deal by stage. AI voice agents answer the agent's line, find out what the caller needs and book appointments from the agent's real calendar, which syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook. Workflow automation follows up with new and quiet leads, using ready-made seller and buyer recipes that install as drafts.
Marketing tools are native too: websites, funnels, forms, email broadcasts, A2P-registered business texting and a client portal where buyers and sellers see their own deals and appointments. AI Studio builds web apps and pages from a plain-English description.
Plans start at $57 a month for a Sub-Account. The Full Account is $97 a month and adds sub-accounts for teams and brokerages. Texts, calls, email and AI are paid from a prepaid Wallet as they are used, with every charge itemized and a monthly AI budget the owner controls.
