GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Competiflow overview
What is Competiflow?
Competiflow is a competitor monitoring tool for SaaS teams.
How it works: add a competitor's homepage and Competiflow discovers the pages worth watching, such as pricing and plans, changelog and release notes, docs, product pages and the blog. It captures each page on a schedule you choose (daily, every 6 hours or hourly, depending on plan) and compares every new snapshot with the last one.
What you get: not a wall of diffs, but interpreted changes. Each one is classified (pricing, feature, positioning, social proof, content), rated by severity, and summarized in one line, for example "Growth plan now includes SSO" or "Pro went from $29 to $39". A short note explains why it matters for your product, and the before/after evidence is one click away. Cosmetic edits are filtered out so the feed stays readable.
Where it shows up: a shared feed per workspace where your team reviews, acknowledges or dismisses each change; a weekly digest; and alerts by email, Slack or webhook.
For developers and AI agents: a REST API and an open-source MCP server let Claude, Cursor and other agents query changes, fetch evidence and manage competitors.
