What is ControlLedger?
ControlLedger is a cloud-based recurring-controls management tool designed for IT service providers (MSPs), compliance and GRC teams, and operational teams that run controls on behalf of clients. Each client's controls are scheduled independently within the platform, and supporting evidence is attached at attestation time, creating a structured, traceable record of compliance activity.
ControlLedger generates a dated Evidence Pack exportable in a single action, formatted for direct submission to insurers and auditors. This removes the manual effort typically associated with compiling and delivering compliance evidence across multiple clients or engagements. The platform is hosted by Infinihash, with each application maintaining its own isolated database, nightly backups, and configurable retention and deletion policies to support data governance requirements.
Target users include MSPs managing recurring controls across client portfolios, internal GRC and compliance teams, and operational teams that must demonstrate control execution on a scheduled basis. ControlLedger centralizes scheduling, attestation, and evidence export in one workflow, reducing the coordination overhead between control execution and audit readiness.
