DatCog overview
What is DatCog?
DatCog is booking and daily operations software for one kennel, cattery, dog daycare, or grooming business. Staff book stays, run the day from feed sheets and medication sign-off, send report cards, roster the team, and take payment.
Owners request a stay in the client portal and a manager approves it. Instant 24/7 self-serve booking is on the roadmap.
Plans are a flat monthly price in New Zealand dollars. Under 100 spaces is NZ$90 a month, or NZ$972 a year. 100 spaces or more is NZ$150 a month, or NZ$1,620 a year. Grooming only is NZ$70 a month, or NZ$756 a year. Annual billing is 10% off. Every feature is included. There is no per-booking fee. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Card invoices and deposits go through Stripe into the business's own account. In New Zealand, Xero matching covers bank transfers. Payroll can export to MYOB as a CSV.
DatCog is one facility. There is no public API and no SMS. Gone to the Dogs kennels and cattery in Judgeford, Wellington runs on DatCog.
