What is DealerVLO?
DealerVLO is modern, browser-based dealer management software (DMS) and CRM for independent used-car lots and buy-here-pay-here dealers, built by a working dealer who runs his own store on it. It replaces the patchwork of legacy desktop programs and bolt-on modules with one login that covers the whole deal. Paste a VIN to pull the vehicle from NHTSA, build the deal while the sales tax and monthly payment calculate live, and watch the paperwork generate already filled — bill of sale, Buyers Guide, odometer disclosure, retail installment contract, and your state's title and registration forms. Close it with built-in e-signatures, in person or by emailed link, with a compliance audit trail and no per-signature charge. Around the deal: reconditioning cost tracking, a saved lender and warranty/F&I directory, a BHPH payment ledger, an encrypted customer CRM, inventory syndication to the major marketplaces, sales and P&L reporting, and a public inventory website on your own domain.
