Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

DevSeer overview
What is DevSeer?
DevSeer is a cloud-based AI-powered GitHub issue analysis and development planning platform built for engineering teams of any size that manage work through GitHub Issues. Triggered directly within GitHub by typing @devseerai analyze on any issue, it reads code context to produce structured complexity breakdowns, time estimates, and step-by-step development plans without requiring context switching. A web dashboard at devseer.ai/dashboard centralizes analysis, workload visualization, and planning outputs in one interface.
DevSeer covers the full scope of issue-level and epic-level planning. At the issue level, it maps dependencies across a codebase and generates granular development plans from issue content. At the epic level, its Monte Carlo estimator runs 10,000+ simulations to produce probability-based delivery forecasts complete with histogram visualization and confidence intervals, giving teams statistically grounded timelines rather than point estimates. Team workload visualization supports sprint and project planning by surfacing capacity distribution across contributors.
DevSeer targets software development teams operating within GitHub workflows. It integrates via a native GitHub bot, requiring no separate tooling or workflow changes to invoke analysis. User code is never used to train AI models. The platform is currently available free during public Beta.
