Diligio is a proposal automation platform that automates responses to requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires and security questionnaires through artificial intelligence powered generation and independent verification of responses. The platform addresses operational requirements in sectors that manage high volumes of vendor questionnaires, compliance documentation and proposal responses where accuracy and source attribution are critical.

The architecture comprises three processing stages. The retrieval stage extracts relevant passages from a centralised knowledge base of past proposals, whitepapers and documentation. The drafting stage uses Claude Haiku four point five to generate answers grounded strictly in retrieved passages. The verification stage employs Gemini three point five Flash to evaluate each claim against original sources and assign confidence levels. A confidence gate surfaces well supported drafts for review and withholds unsupported content. A feedback loop catalogues approved answers back into the knowledge base to enhance the quality of source material over time.

The upload library accepts portable document format files, spreadsheets, word processor files and slide decks. The system automatically extracts question and answer pairs for review in a side by side annotator.
