Law 10/2010 requires obliged entities to apply customer due diligence, document it in writing and keep it for ten years. Dokuflex runs the KYC file as a process.

The form (KYC-{seq}): identification (type, name, tax ID, document, nationality, address, activity, risk sector, ID and deeds attached); beneficial owner and PEP (name, percentage, public office, high-risk country, 'sanctions and PEP lists checked' box); operations and source of funds (purpose, expected volume, cash of €10,000 or more, supporting document); due diligence and review (type, officer, next review, rejection reason).

Workflow: 'Start review' sends the file to the compliance officer, who approves or rejects with a reason; the decision stays in the history.
