Overnight, Workbench screens every new Category 2 filing against those rules and sends a digest each morning. Each 470 arrives with the incumbent, the district or library's remaining Category 2 budget, miles from your nearest base and days left before the allowable contract date. Decide Bid, Hold or No-bid, price the job from your own price book, and follow it through submission on a pipeline board. New providers get a setup tracker for SAM.gov, the FCC Registration Number, Form 498, EPC and SPAC. Pro plans add funded-price benchmarks by state and an award watch on your SPIN.
