What is Eventoly?
Eventoly is a cloud-based photo and video sharing platform built for private consumer events such as weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and private gatherings. Event organizers generate a private QR code per event; guests scan it or use an upload link to contribute photos, videos, and voice messages directly from their smartphones, with no app installation or guest account required. All media is stored in original quality, without the compression typical of messaging apps, and remains accessible for 12 months.
Organizers can structure media into up to six sub-albums per event (for example, ceremony, reception, and party), customize the upload page and album styling including font selection, and display a real-time live slideshow on a TV or projector during the event. Print-ready Canva QR code templates support venue display. Admin controls allow deletion of individual media items and toggling of guest view visibility. After the event, all photos and videos are available for one-click bulk download.
Eventoly operates on a one-time payment model per event with no recurring subscription. A free version is available for testing before purchase, and a refund is offered if the product goes unused. The platform is accessible via any internet-connected device, with no software installation required for hosts or guests.
