Fyware Safe is a line of three off-the-shelf virtual reality safety simulators designed for industrial plants and manufacturing operations. Each module targets a regulated occupational risk: fire and extinguisher handling, personal protective equipment (PPE) selection, and forklift operation. All three run on a standalone Meta Quest 3 headset with no internet connection, no PC, no server, no accounts, and no IT involvement required. Modules are sold separately, deploy within one to two weeks, and are aligned with the occupational safety standard governing that risk in the buyer's market across six regions: the United States, Mexico, Brazil, the European Union, Germany, and Japan.

The fire and extinguisher module covers five fire classes (A, B, C, D, K), places two to five fire sources per session over the real floor plan, and includes a timed evacuation protocol guided by a virtual audio and text assistant. The PPE module uses hand tracking with no controllers, runs in a 2x2 m standing area, and processes 15 to 20 workers per hour on a single headset in continuous rotation, drawing from a room stocked with items across eight industries including damaged and off-industry pieces. The forklift module runs three sequential circuits with three different loads and a counterbalance forklift, includes four pre-session load-matching judgment questions, is completed seated in a chair, and exports results as a CSV file. All modules are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Japanese, and the PPE module supports custom branding with a company's logo and colors.

Fyware Safe addresses the operational constraints that make traditional safety training costly: no extinguisher refills, no smoke, no permits, no equipment downtime, and no per-seat or per-headset licensing fees.
