GanttTimesheet for Microsoft Project takes the cycle end to end, weekly, monthly or at any frequency, and stops where judgement is needed:

• Send: each resource gets an email with an HTML summary and an Excel timesheet filtered to their tasks, with the instructions inside the file.

• Collect: they fill in the yellow cells and return the file. No software, no account, no licence.

• Approve: every returned row is shown before it counts; a rejection carries your reason and is emailed back.

• Update: approved rows are written into the Microsoft Project plan you have open, and the cycle is archived.

Three timesheet formats, chosen per profile: hours worked and remaining, hours day by day, or percent complete. Built-in checks stop a finish date without hours and flag finished tasks with hours left.
