What is Guestion?
Guestion helps companies of every size, from freelancers to SMEs and groups of more than 50 employees, run their whole business in one place. Built in France, it is an all-in-one ERP covering:
- Quotes and invoices: deposits, credit notes, delivery notes, progress billing, retention, payment reminders, online payment and Factur-X e-invoices (EN 16931).
- Sales and stock: customers and leads, product catalogue, stock, inventory, suppliers and purchase orders, dashboards and reports.
- Online booking: services, staff, time slots, options, travel fees, overnight stays and daily rentals, paid online.
- Field service: technician planning, Tech Connect mobile app, photo reports, parts and van stock.
- HR and time: paid leave, absences, mobile clock-in, overtime and payroll variables for your accountant.
Guestion can also build a website connected to your management, with an automatically invoiced online shop and a client portal. Data can be exported at any time. A free version is available; paid plans start at 24 EUR per month, with no commitment.
