Heldy is electronic health record (EPD/ECD) software for healthcare providers in the Netherlands. It brings client records, planning, staff administration and claims together in one system, so care teams do not have to enter the same information twice or move data between separate tools. The software and support are in Dutch and English.

Who uses Heldy

Solo practitioners, allied health practices (physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, podiatry, exercise therapy, skin therapy), mental health practices and care organizations in long-term care, home care, community nursing, youth care and disability care. The same system scales from one practitioner to teams across multiple locations, and settings can be adjusted to how each organization works.

Client records

Care plans and treatment plans, progress reporting and record checks that flag missing or outdated information. A client portal lets clients view their own plan and appointments, and a family portal keeps relatives informed with the client's consent.

Planning and staff

Rosters, a shared calendar, hour registration, leave requests and tasks. Team members can work together on a client's record and see who is responsible for what.

Billing and claims

Claims for care funded under the Wlz, Wmo and Youth Act follow the iStandaarden message formats used by care offices and municipalities. Heldy also handles invoicing for clients with a personal budget(pgb) and keeps track of contracts with funders, including agreed products and rates.

Integrations

Heldy connects with iStandaarden for Wlz, Wmo and Youth Act messages, Vektis standards, ZorgDomein for referrals and Zorgmail for secure messaging with other care providers.

Quality and security

Role-based access controls who can see and change which records. A built-in quality system keeps documentation audit-ready and sends reminders for quality certifications such as ISO and HKZ. Messages with other providers go through secure channels instead of regular email.

Mobile app

Care providers use the Apple and Android app during home visits and on location to view client records, report on care and check their schedule.

Dashboards

Overviews of caseload, hours, claims and record completeness help managers see where attention is needed.
