The Kota Activate layer transforms conversational data and system signals into automated workflows and actionable insights. Users can query Kota in natural language to obtain deal risk assessments, pipeline analysis, rep coaching suggestions and manager one on one preparation materials. Kota Automations allows revenue operations teams to configure trigger based workflows that update records, flag at risk deals, assign targeted practice scenarios and notify managers when intervention is required. The platform includes pre built automation templates and supports custom workflows aligned with organizational requirements.
