What is Inkvex?
Inkvex helps buyers examine important deal documents before counsel begins the detailed legal review. It is designed for self-funded searchers, franchise buyers, commercial tenants, and small acquisition teams reviewing APAs, LOIs, commercial leases, seller notes, employment agreements, FDDs, and related materials.
Every paid review centers on an attorney-ready Diligence Memorandum. The memorandum organizes prioritized risks, exact clause language, missing protections, relevant citations, negotiation questions, and a clearer handoff to counsel.
Available capabilities vary by plan. FDD Scan and Commercial Lease Review include three uploads, 12-month access, premium report sections, and 10 Ask Inkvex messages. Searcher Sub and Deal Pack add Verified Sources, unlimited Ask Inkvex, and Negotiation Rehearsal. Deal Pack supports a live acquisition with 12 analysis credits over 90 days.
