Inkvex is an AI-powered diligence tool built for self-funded ETA acquisition searchers, franchise buyers, and commercial tenants. Users can upload their APA, FDD, or commercial lease and get a structured red-flag report.
It also provides clause risk (scored 1 to 10) with statutory citations (SBA SOP 50 10 8 for SBA-financed acquisitions, FTC Franchise Rule 16 CFR Part 436, California SB 1103 for commercial leases), suggested fixes, missing protections analysis, and an attorney-handoff PDF export.
