Jornalo is a cloud-based, web-responsive trading journal and prop firm tracker built for retail futures traders managing prop firm evaluation accounts, funded accounts, and live brokerage accounts. Trades are ingested automatically via NinjaTrader sync — which reads the local NinjaTrader SQLite database directly from the browser every five minutes with no addon required — or via CSV import from Tradovate, Rithmic, Sierra Chart, and ATAS. Prop firm accounts are detected automatically by account ID prefix, covering firms including Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, Lucid Trading, Apteros, MyFundedFutures, BluSky, FundedNext, and Take Profit Trader. Once detected, each firm's specific rule set is applied without manual configuration, including trailing maximum drawdown (end-of-day and intraday variants), daily loss limit, profit target, and consistency rules.

All accounts — prop firm and live — are displayed in a single consolidated dashboard. Real-time drawdown cushion is shown in both dollars and percentage, with visual alerts triggered when approaching daily loss limit or consistency rule thresholds. A profit target progress bar tracks completion percentage and remaining distance. Performance analysis covers 15+ KPIs including equity curve, win rate, profit factor, Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, ROMAD, MAE, MFE, exit efficiency, rolling statistics, and P/L broken down by symbol, hour, and day of week. Setup tagging with per-setup expectancy measurement and R-multiple tracking per trade allow strategy-level evaluation without a separate analytics subscription.

Jornalo integrates an economic calendar drawing from Investing.com, USDA NASS, and CFTC COT data alongside trade data, and includes an asset correlation matrix (R-squared) across 30 instruments updated every four hours. Additional tools include a drawdown calculator, position size calculator, trade annotations, and full CSV data export with no plan restrictions. MCP integration connects the platform to the Claude AI assistant. The platform is available in six languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Dutch) and is operated by a European company with EU VAT invoicing.
