What is Kallix AI?
Kallix AI is a voice AI platform built for Indian businesses that sell, collect and support over the phone. You create AI agents that answer inbound calls and run outbound campaigns in Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, and you stay in control of every step.
Building an agent starts with a brief in plain words. Kallix drafts the script, you pick a voice and languages, and you attach your website or documents so the agent can answer questions accurately. Before going live, you test the agent on simulated calls and adjust the script.
Common uses include lead qualification, appointment booking, payment reminders, order confirmation and customer support. After each call, the agent can send a WhatsApp message with a confirmation, payment link or document, update Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Google Sheets, and trigger the next step through Zapier, Make, webhooks or the REST API.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and scored, with outcomes, captured fields and review flags in one dashboard, so your team can see what the agent said and what it achieved.
Kallix follows India's calling rules: agents say they're AI at the start of the call, honour DND and call only within your calling window. Call data is stored and processed in India.
Pricing is ₹4.80 a minute, all in, with no seat fees and 2 concurrent calls included. New accounts get 500 free credits, about 100 minutes of calls.
