KI-Macht-Lernen is a browser-based educational software platform designed for gymnasium-level students in Germany. The platform offers twenty five interactive applications in chemistry, physics, geography, English and Latin that have been developed by two active gymnasium teachers and a PhD physicist. Content aligns with national curriculum standards for grades five to thirteen and is delivered entirely through web browsers without installation. Accessibility is ensured on tablets, Windows computers, Chromebooks and personal devices.

Subject-specific tools cover a wide range of topics. Chemistry modules address redox reactions, chemical bonding, salt dissolution simulation, intermolecular forces, stoichiometry calculations, radical substitution mechanisms, isomer training, reaction path exploration, electrochemical cell modeling, acid-base titration and polymer chain reaction simulation. Physics applications include an interactive circuit builder, optics modules covering reflection, refraction, dispersion and lens behavior, ear anatomy exploration, vector calculation tools, electromagnetic oscillation simulation, atomic and quantum physics training modules and entangled photon measurement exercises. Geography, English and Latin applications use flashcard systems for countries and capitals, vocabulary drills and principal parts training with class management support. An optional AI tutor provides adaptive assistance at class level or for individual students.

Three licensing models accommodate schools, classes and families. The school license provides institution-wide access as an annual subscription ranging from one thousand euros to two thousand five hundred euros and includes room booking tools, multiple teacher accounts, annual invoicing with four week payment terms, a data processing agreement under Article twenty eight of the GDPR and onboarding sessions with a three month cancellation notice. The class license is priced at five euros per class per month or fifty euros per class per year and grants access to all learning applications, class invitation links that avoid student data transfer, a one euro AI trial credit for each new class, teacher portal functions, monthly cancellation and a thirty day free trial. The parent subscription is available at two euros and thirty eight cents per month or twenty three euros and eighty cents per year and provides full access for one child, AI tutor use, chat history review for supervision and data storage limited to an email address and username with monthly cancellation and a thirty day free trial. The AI tutor operates on a prepaid credit system with a nominal charge per question. Student data is retained for ninety days under school and class licenses and for thirty days under the parent subscription before anonymization or deletion with no data transfer between institutions.

The platform functions uniformly across devices and operating systems without the need for installations or third party integrations. System communications are encrypted via TLS protocols and servers are hosted within the European Union on Supabase infrastructure. A data processing agreement under Article twenty eight of the GDPR governs all data operations ensuring compliance with European data protection regulations.
