Pros

“For a small business where I’m constantly switching between operations, purchasing, production, bookkeeping, marketing, and everything else, having all of our labels managed through one cloud-based platform is a huge time saver.”

August A.

Owner

“I can keep our product information in one cloud-based spreadsheet, have it feed directly into Label LIVE, and print what I need without bouncing between different programs.”

August A.

Owner

“Perhaps a minor nit: when a label has been designed for a specific label size but a different one is loaded, having a dialog noting the fact, rather than just showing the label contents with the new label dimensions.”

Andrew W.

Pros

“Setting up Forms so that shop floor employees can enter data and generate labels for products without having access to the label layout. ”

Steve L.

General Manager

“This enhanced user capability not only boosts productivity but also significantly reduces the frequency and complexity of issues escalated to IT.”

Cons

“Despite having selected my label model on the Labelview, which corresponds to the model of the printer, the barcode does not fit with the selected label.”

“When there have been issues between our 2 locations that each use it, having a break in software use and not being able to finish making labels until it was squared away.”

Jen C.

“The advanced features aren't very intuitive and the help files could be made to better explain the provided features.”
