Qualified lawyers continuously update and quality-assure the underlying content, and the model is designed to acknowledge uncertainty rather than generate unsupported responses. Core capabilities include Q&A on Norwegian legal topics grounded in authoritative sources such as Lovdata, document upload and analysis (contracts, minutes, complaints), text drafting and improvement, and organization-level customization with internal policies, collective agreements, and employee handbooks. A prompt library allows reusable questions to be saved at personal or organization level. Sector-specific versions for municipal, health, and government organizations come with relevant laws and agreements pre-loaded. The platform also includes Academy, a built-in learning module for structured employment law training across the organization. All data processing and storage occur within the EU. The platform is GDPR-compliant, and subprocessors are certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. User data is not used to train the model.
