LEV TExT by SMART Reports - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

LEV TExT by SMART Reports is a cloud-based reporting platform for Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) thorough examination and testing, designed for LEV examination firms. Examiners record each LEV system directly on a mobile phone, logging hoods and capture points, readings at every test point, photographic evidence, and the condition of hoods, ducting, filters, and fans. Defects and required actions are recorded against the specific hood or component. Reports are structured in HSG258 order and include the next examination due date, supporting forward planning.

LEV TExT by SMART Reports operates on a split-workflow model: office staff book and manage jobs on a laptop while examiners work simultaneously on a phone, with both views reflecting the same live job record. Office users can open and review a draft PDF before it is formally issued. Access controls enforce qualification compliance, restricting the examiner and report-issuer roles to staff for whom the firm holds a recognised examiner qualification. Each firm is provisioned with a private, isolated database, secured by six-digit code sign-in and never shared with another firm.

Pricing is a flat £90 per month with no VAT charged, covering all examiner and office users within the firm. A live demo environment loaded with sample data is available for evaluation without commitment.
