Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

LienScope overview
What is LienScope?
LienScope is a web-based research platform for tax lien and tax deed investors. It consolidates county delinquent tax sale data into one searchable workspace so investors can evaluate auction inventory without rebuilding the same research county by county.
How the data works. Records are ingested from official county sources — PDFs, CSV exports and auction portals — normalised into a common schema, and verified against the source before publication. Every county list displays the date it was last reviewed, and a county is published only after a verified production run, so coverage never advertises data that is not live.
Core functions:
• Map-based and filterable discovery across counties, with split, tile and table views
• Filters for sale type, auction date, minimum bid, property type and score
• Property detail cards showing lien amount, estimated value, value-to-lien ratio, equity estimate and redemption terms
• Deterministic investment scoring with the reasoning displayed, not a black-box number
• County rule and sale-term summaries covering redemption periods and maximum interest
• Watchlists, saved searches with alerts, and auction countdowns
• CSV and Excel export, plus developer API access on the Professional plan
Coverage: 123 counties across 13 US states, spanning tax-lien, redeemable-deed and tax-deed sales, deepest in Kentucky, Texas and Oklahoma. Counties are added on investor demand.
Access and security: browser-based with no installation, served over HTTPS, with account-level access control. Free plan requires no credit card. Paid plans start at $39/month; annual billing saves 17%.
