What is Listentic?
Listentic watches the three places where people form an opinion about a brand: AI assistants, Google and the press.
AI visibility: Listentic asks ChatGPT and Claude the questions your customers ask, every week and several times per question, and shows how often your brand is mentioned, recommended and cited, which competitors appear instead and which sources the AI relies on.
Rank tracking: daily Google positions for your keywords next to up to five competitors from the same results page, in every country and language Google supports and, from the Pro plan, down to single cities. Search volume, backlinks and a monthly website check are included.
Press monitoring: twice a day, Listentic searches news sites, online magazines and blogs for your brand names, filters out what isn't about you and rates the tone.
A summary email arrives when something changed, and a PDF report is ready every month. From the Pro plan, data can also be queried from Claude and ChatGPT via MCP. Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
