QCLOT is a cloud-native Transportation Management System built for manufacturers who organize their own inbound and outbound freight across one or several production sites. It covers the full transport cycle in one platform: request, tender, execution, receipt, invoice and statutory reporting.

Regulatory Compliance

QCLOT generates RO e-Transport UIT codes directly against ANAF/SPV for all 11 operation types, with automatic status tracking and correction handling. The LOT Chat BOT issues a UIT to a driver at the border without a platform account. Intrastat data is compiled at CN8 level and exported ready for submission. CO2 emissions are calculated per job and per partner for road, rail, air, sea and multimodal transport.

Carrier Management and RFQ

Requests for quotation go to your carrier list, quotes are compared side by side and awarded in-platform. Engagement reports show win rate, participation rate and single-bidder lanes per carrier. Every completed transport produces a 0–100 carrier score: on-time pickup and delivery are calculated automatically (one point lost per 30 minutes of deviation), while loading method, driver assessment, documentation and damage are rated by the supplier and the receiving site.

Invoice Reconciliation

Carriers attach invoices to the jobs they cover. QCLOT places three values side by side: invoiced amount, amount calculated from the route cost model, and the value declared by the carrier. Finance validates or returns with a stated reason. Incurred-not-invoiced costs are tracked, and premium freight is attributed to the department or partner that caused it.

Dock Scheduling

Gates are configured per site with type, capacity, hours and break windows. Carriers book their own slots; the warehouse team can book on their behalf. A Gantt view shows every gate hour by hour, a capacity chart flags overloaded days, and truck-on-site, truck-on-dock and truck-out timestamps produce measurable turnaround and waiting time.

Routes and Optimization

Routes carry the operating model: Incoterm groups define who selects and pays the carrier, Milk Run collects from several suppliers on one vehicle. Cost models are fixed, linear, per pallet, per loading metre or per tonne. The optimization engine proposes savings of up to 8% from real volumes, costs and delivery windows; every proposal is accepted by a person, never applied silently.
